While both coaches and therapists help people create positive change, their roles are different.


Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions and often focus on healing past experiences and emotional challenges.


Coaching is future-focused. As a coach, I help clients gain clarity, move through obstacles, strengthen confidence, create meaningful goals, and take aligned action toward the life they want to create.


At Northlight, I integrate a variety of mind-body approaches - including coaching, EFT, hypnotherapy, and Reiki, to support lasting personal growth and transformation.


Hypnotherapy is a gentle, focused process that works with the subconscious mind - the part of us that influences many of our thoughts, emotions, habits, and behaviors.

By entering a deeply relaxed state, clients are often able to access new perspectives, release limiting beliefs, strengthen confidence, and create meaningful change more easily than through willpower alone.

T.I.M.E. Techniques is a powerful process designed to help release unresolved emotions and limiting patterns that may be connected to past experiences. 

By letting go of emotional patterns that no longer serve you, many clients experience greater freedom, clarity, and confidence moving forward.


This approach is often incorporated into hypnotherapy and coaching sessions when appropriate.

Every session is tailored to your unique goals and needs.


Both options are available. Many clients enjoy the convenience of meeting virtually, while others prefer the experience of in-person sessions.

We'll discuss your needs, location, and preferences and choose the option that best supports your goals.


Yes. Creating a safe, supportive, and respectful space is important to me. Information shared during our work together is kept private and treated with care.
